Jack Adair Bevan is an award-winning food and drink writer, and one of the first restaurateurs to make his own vermouth. Jack is the perfect guide through vermouth’s rich history and recent resurgence, and has just published A Spirited Guide to Vermouth.

Jack will be in discussion with Claire Warner, the managing director of Aecorn Aperitifs - a new non-alcoholic spirit from the award winning Seedlip team, inspired by 17th-century English herbal remedies.
